Uliva 1111 is a limited edition of extra virgin olive oil Garda Trentino DOP, that achieves superlatives quality standards thanks to a rigid internal processing protocol.

Obtained by hand-picked olives, from centuries old olive trees, it’s proposed in numbered bottles, in a pure design package. All bottles are bottled by hand.

Uliva 1111 is a precious object, designed for only 1111 connesseurs, a fascinating design handcraft masterpiece, who’s the fruit and represent the history of its territory.

Uliva is made by one single variety, the autochthonous Casaliva, picked up on an early stage and immediately pressed.

The original characteristics of the olives, are perfectly reflected on the obtained oil, resulting in a remarkable freshness and fragrance in its green notes.

WHY GARDA TRENTINO DOP

 

 

The production of the Uliva line is certified by the production specification of the controlled designation of the extra virgin olive oil "Garda".

With DOP certification, it is possible to retrieve to the olive-growing farm, at the harvesting day and the milling time, to the analysis until the day of packaging.

INTERNAL PROTOCOL

From campaign to bottle

1. Raw material
It comes from pre-selected, centuries-old, disease-free olive trees, located in the sunniest olive groves of the autochthonous Casaliva variety.

1.1. Harvesting
It is strictly manual, in a slightly premature maturation state and with a maximum of 4 hours between the detachment of the fruit and its crushing.

1.1.1. Production
All the tricks are made to disperse as little as possible of what is obtained by the fruit. The process is certified for cold extraction.

1.1.1.1. Control
The production process and the quality of the oil are certified by CSQA for compliance with the Garda Trentino DOP regulations and correspondence with the same.
