SPECIAL EDITION

 

Mosto d’olio

The Special Edition of Agraria is made up of special products, some available only a few months a year.

Mosto, the crude extra virgin olive oil that marks the beginning of the oil campaign, is only available from mid-November to early January, better consumed fresh.

Peperò, a seasoning made from extra virgin olive oil and chili peppers from Trentino, whose raw materials were shredded together to create a product with unique scents and flavors.

Italico

Italian extra virgin olive oil, selected and marketed by Agraria Riva del Garda, in full compliance with quality standards that characterize it. The label is a tribute to Fortunato Depero, the famous painter from Trentino father of Futurism, and origins from the desire to combine artistic creativity and local territorial identity.

Opera Olei Opera Olei is a unique example of a consortium of producers of extra virgin olive oil. A project directed to spread the quality of extra virgin Italian olive oil. Six oils of six different cultivars, including our Monovarietal Casaliva, from as many territories and produced by six great exponents, to complete the coverage of the Italian main geographical areas: northern, central, south and islands. Due to the organoleptic and taste differences of each oil, the range of flavors and fragrances spread in the national territory is highlighted.
