Integrated Cartographic Agrarian-wine-producing Platform

It’s an highly innovative project developed by Cavit on all Trentino wine-making region to give access to all winegrowers and technicians, practical and immediate information through an integrated platform available to all Vineries.

For each vineyard it is possible to receive information about the cultivation environment (soil, microclimate, pedo-morphological features) and vineyard management (grape variety , rootstock , training system ... ) as well as providing the most appropriate processing steps in all directions. Growers get constant support and assistance, in real time, to optimize the management of the vineyards, using simple text message or email. This is possible through forecast models available from an excellence, theoretical and applied, research network, as the Trentino one (Edmund Mach Foundation and Bruno Kessler Foundation).
