Also this year Easter has finally arrived in Agraria — and with sweet news!
We present you our new delight: the colomba Vista Lago (Italian traditional Easter bread)! It is a naturally leavened cake made with grape must (Gewürztraminer and Moscato Giallo strictly from our cellar) and a cascade of sultanas and candied apples.
As if that wasn't enough, this year we are once again offering our Easter best seller, the Easter cake with extra virgin olive oil and candied Dro DOP plum.
But we advise you to hurry: as every year, it won't be long before our colombas take flight (colomba is Italian for dove)! And don't say we didn't warn you...
