Agraria organizes five evenings in its seat, every Thursday from May 10th to June 7th, in collaboration with Antonio Garofolin, ASPI teacher and sommelier, to approach the world of wine. A unique teaching and sensory experience for those who want to discover what is hidden in a glass of wine.


  1. From the vine to the wine - Thursday 10 May at 20.00

Introduction on the cultural and historical aspects, the production disciplinary, the figures that revolve around the world of wine. Sommelier tips. Tasting technique and visual examination.

  1. White wines - Thursday, May 17 at 20.00

The vinification in white and the national enography: the main white grapes and the native vines. Sommelier tips. Tasting technique, olfactory examination and wine aromas.

  1. Red wines - Thursday 24 May at 20.00

Vinification in red and rosé. National enography: the main red grapes and the native vines. Sommelier tips. Tasting technique and gustatory examination.

  1. Special wines - Thursday, May 31 at 20.00

The processing of sparkling, fortified and flavored wines: the international context and a focus on the Trentino landscape. Sommelier tips and tasting technique.

  1. Wine meets food - Thursday 7 June at 20.00

Tthe correct combinations of different wines to the gastronomic proposals of the evening, with an unusual blind tasting. Sommelier tips and tasting technique.

Aperitif in the vineyard - Saturday 26 May 10.00

What's behind the wine? Visit to the vineyard to understand why the quality is done on the vineyard and the work involved.



The meetings will take place at the seat of Agraria Riva del Garda - loc. San Nazzaro, 4 – Riva del Garda every Thursday at 20.00.

The visit to the vineyard will be held Saturday, May 26 at 10.00 (the exact place will be announced during the evenings).


The participation fee for all the meetings is € 125 per person, inclusive of educational material, gadgets at the end of the five evenings and aperitifs in the vineyard. It is possible to participate at the single evenings at a cost of € 35 per person.
