Co-produce

Always attentive to the spread of the culture of extra virgin olive oil we promote the Oil of Garda Trentino with tasting and approach courses plus other activities to divulge, involving in particular, but not only, catering schools and chef. In this context, initiatives of co-marketing involving other companies and mills have been developed.

"Ulidea, the pleasure in fragments" is a project born from the meeting of selected olives grown by Agraria Riva del Garda and the high class cuisine of Locanda Margon, by an innovative recipe from star chef Alfio Ghezzi. A particular, innovative and refined dressing made with fragmented black olives of the Garda, to enhance the flavors of endless recipes.

Opera Olei is a unique example of a consortium of producers of extra virgin olive oil. A project directed to spread the quality of extra virgin Italian olive oil. Six oils of six different cultivars, including our Monovarietal Casaliva, from as many territories and produced by six great exponents, to complete the coverage of the Italian main geographical areas: northern, central, south and islands. Due to the organoleptic and taste differences of each oil, the range of flavors and fragrances spread in the national territory is highlighted.
