Above all, the climate, which is alpine, but thanks to the Lake Garda also mild and mediterrean, but also the nature of the soil itself, the unique area of “Alto Garda” characterize the production of our vineyards. Furthermore, the different altitude locations, 50 to 800 above sea level, the composition of the soils and the orientation of our vineyards are the ideal conditions for different white and red wines.

The benevolent influence of the micro-climate on Lake Garda allowed the Romans to cultivate olives in one of the northernmost regions of Europe. The new mill was equipped with the latest technologies, which respects the teachings of the centuries-old tradition and so we gain a highly valued product. Furthermore, the new mill separates the processing of the delivered olives, and these are individually traceable.
